Using Outlook Tools, you can remove duplicates, change telephone numbers into the international format and change the message class. When the search for duplicates is taking place, the search criteria can be set individually. The Standardize telephone numbers function recognizes telephone numbers from more than 200 countries and the old 01 Swiss dialling code is automatically changed to the new 044 dialling code. Fax numbers can be hidden.
